Badges
All badges will be printed onsite and will not be mailed. Badges must be worn at all times while in attendance at the annual meeting and are required for admission to all meeting activities, including the exhibit hall and poster sessions. Badges are non-transferable.
Please note that badge reprints will incur a $25 fee at the time of printing.

Passport to Prizes
Your passport may be the winner! Pick up your Passport to Prizes at the event materials counter and visit all participating exhibitors to participate in daily prize drawings. Drawings will be held once every day that the exhibit hall is open in booth #1023--drop your completed passport in the raffle drum in booth #1023! Please note that winners may only win once.
Career Fair
Visit the Career Fair inside the exhibit hall on Saturday (12:00 - 6:00 PM) and Sunday (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) to connect with organizations seeking to fill open positions! These employers are looking to meet with epileptologists, neurologists, researchers, and experts in sub-specialties of these roles.
12th Annual Wine Tasting and Silent Auction
Saturday, December 2, 7:00 - 10:00 PM, Orange County Convention Center (West Concourse), Sunburst Room W340, Level 3
Join us for an evening of exceptional wine, even better company, and better yet, a worthy cause. Proceeds from the AES Wine Tasting and Silent Auction benefit the Lennox and Lombroso Trust and the Susan S. Spencer Fund, which support AES research programs. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Member Center onsite.
Credit Claim

Credit claim and session evaluations will be available in the app and on the AES website.

Poster Hall and Walking Tours
The poster hall is located in the Exhibit Hall on Level 2. Don't miss the opportunity to check out more than 1,500 posters showcasing the latest and greatest in epilepsy research! Poster walking tours will be taking place on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Details can be found on page 41 of the program book and in the mobile app.
Recording or Photos of Content and Material
AES strictly prohibits photography, video, and audio recordings, and screen captures in all educational sessions--both live and on-demand.
Material presented at the AES Annual Meeting may not be reproduced in any format without the express written consent of AES or the otherwise applicable rights holder. By registering, participants acknowledge and agree that commercial or promotional distribution, publishing, or exploitation of speaker sessions, content, or materials from the event is strictly prohibited.
Violations of the AES recording, video, and image capture policy may result in removal from the session and possible revocation of event registration.
The single exception: Photography or screen captures will be allowed in poster sessions with the permission of the poster authors. Registrants must confirm that the poster author gives permission by asking using the chat function within the virtual poster hall. In-person posters ok with photos will have a label indicating such.
AES reserves the right to use photos and recordings (audio and video) of attendees and faculty in promotional materials.
Wifi
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) offers free Wi-Fi in all public spaces and meeting rooms throughout the convention center. Coverage does not extend into the exhibit hall.
To use the free Wi-Fi, you must register with your email address and complete an email verification step. To connect, open the Wi-Fi settings on your device and select "OCCCFree Wifi". Complete the registration process and verify your email. You will need to reconnect to the OCCC Wi-Fi and log in with your email address each day to take advantage of the free wifi.

AES 2023 Digital Select: On-Demand Access to Select Recorded Sessions
AES 2023 Digital Select is your hub for on-demand content! Access to select recorded sessions will be available in the mobile app beginning Tuesday, December 5. Digital Select access will be available in the mobile app for 90 days.

- Bring a water bottle! For your convenience, water refilling stations are located throughout the convention center.
- Pack your walking shoes! The Orange County Convention Center is a large space and you will be getting your steps in! Scooter rental is available in the convention center. For more information or to reserve a scooter for use during the annual meeting, email info@scootaround.com.
- Make a difference in Orlando. AES has partnered with Social Offset to leave Orlando better than we found it. Our partnership with Social Offset provides you the opportunity to amplify your voice around important issues and offset spending with meaningful contributions to local charitable organizations.
- Making a trip out of it? AES has partnered with the Convention and Visitors' Bureau to provide AES 2023 attendees with discounted theme park tickets!
