Rationale: To explore the clinical diagnosis, image features and Epilepsy surgery efficacy analysis of Meningioangiomatosis(MA).  Methods: 11 patients of Meningioangiomatosis (MA) hospitalized in BeiJing Sanbo Brian Hospital during 2008.3-2013.3 were analyzed. Among them, 8 cases were male, 3 cases female, age 2-64 years old (average 23 years old). The first symptom of the patients diagnosed as meningioangiomatosis were epilepsy, all experienced tumor resection of the tumor and epileptogenic focus resection. We retrospectively reviewed all 11 patients with clinical features, imaging, electroencephalography, pathology and postoperative epileptic seizures, etc. Results: The postoperative pathology confirmed that all patients were Meningioangiomatosis(MA), Among them 1 case with ganglioglioma, 1 patient with cavernous Hemangioma. The patients were followed up 30-48 months (average 38 months), no tumor recurrence was found in imaging. Post-operative seizures were those (Engel I level 8 cases, II level 2 cases, III level 1 case).  Conclusions: Meningioangiomatosis is a relatively rare intracranial benign tumor, it is a major cause of intractable epilepsy. But it is benign and good therapeutic effect can be obtained by operation resection of the tumor and the surrounding epileptogenic zone. Funding: Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission (Z161100000516131), China The Capital Health Research and Development of  Special (2016-1-8012) ,China
