Launching at the AES Annual Meeting in December 2025 and continuing through June 2026, this structured mentorship program is designed to empower APPs at every stage of their career.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your impact, this program pairs novice APPs with seasoned mentors to foster:

  • Professional development
  • Career satisfaction
  • Work-life wellness
  • Expanded knowledge of epilepsy care
  • Stronger connections within the AES community

Participants will gain tools to navigate the field, make the most of the Annual Meeting, and tap into year-round resources and opportunities. Mentors and mentees are thoughtfully matched based on credentials, goals, and areas of expertise—ensuring a meaningful and personalized experience.
