Mentoring for Advanced Practice Providers

This is where you belong.

As an advanced practice provider working in epilepsy, you are a critical part of the care team. AES and the APP Committee are offering a structured mentoring program beginning in November of 2024 and ending in June of 2025.

This program aims to provide a year-long mentorship between an experienced Epilepsy Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and a novice, aimed at fostering wellness, career development, and job satisfaction. It supports participants in navigating the field of epilepsy, maximizing the benefits of the AES Annual Meeting, and accessing various resources and opportunities throughout the year. Through this program, APPs can expand their professional network, deepen their knowledge of epilepsy and its treatments, and gain valuable insights to enhance their careers.

Mentees will be matched with mentors of equivalent or higher credentials and based on mentee goals and mentors' areas of expertise.

AES is accepting mentor and mentee applications through October 20.
